Ray Blackman Enterprises, Inc. is a supplier, manufacturer, and prime contractor of many U.S. Navy equipments and spare parts.  We have extensive knowledge of the various mechanical equipments aboard each U.S. and former U.S. Navy ship.  We also have an extensive inventory for many of these equipments.  If you need anything you can provide us either the part number, NSN, model number, APL number, or NAVSEA technical manual number and we will be able to identify it for you.  Most times we can identify what you need if you just tell us the application and the name of your ship.

We work closely with the U.S. Navy, the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP), Naval Inventory Control Point (NAVICP), Supervisor of Shipbuilding (SUPSHIP),  U.S. Military Sealift Command (MSC), U.S. Navy shipyards, and various Master Ship Repair (MSR) shipyards around the country, as well as their subcontractors, with the goal to provide the items you need when you need them.

There is likely no other company in the world that has our capabilities and knowledge in regards to the various pumps, and their components, onboard the vessels of the U.S. Navy fleet.  We have an extensive inventory of complete pumps and repair parts.  We have an extensive parts and equipment inventory of manufacturers such as Warren, Worthington, Curtiss-Wright, Delaval, IMO,  Flowserve, Dresser-Rand, Dover Resources-Blackmer, Carver, Nash, Buffalo, Allis Chalmers, Aqua-Chem, and many more.  We are also a government approved manufacturer of the popular Navy Standard titanium fire pumps onboard each U.S. Navy ship and we also try to keep a stock of complete pumps and repair parts for these pumps at all times.

We also have an extensive stock of complete steam turbines, and repair parts for manufacturers such as Delaval, Siemens, GE, Westinghouse, Hardie-Tynes, Elliott, Worthington, and others.  We are also the U.S. government approved manufacturer and approved repairer of the popular Delaval model HC-RE auxiliary turbines that drives various pumps.  We always try to keep this complete turbines in stock and available for quick delivery.  We also keep in stock every components of this turbine.

In addition, we have in stock many new shipboard valves, vaneaxial fans, blowers, diesel engines, air compressors, refrigeration compressors and other onboard equipments for immediate delivery.
